Jack Ross was the managing editor of Poetry New Zealand for many years and worked as a senior lecturer in creative writing at Massey University’s Auckland campus. His most recent collection, A Clearer View of the Hinterland: Poems and Sequences 1981–2014, was published by HeadworX in 2014.
